Lathrop & Rutledge, P.C., offers a wide range of legal services, in a number of practice areas including litigation, insurance, business planning, estate planning, alternative dispute resolution and local counsel services. We have been privileged to assist many clients faced with the burden of litigation, but we have also had opportunities to assist our clients in a wide variety of business and personal matters outside the courtroom. Litigation

Insurance

The firm represents corporations and insurance companies in coverage disputes and bad faith litigation. We have provided numerous coverage opinions to insurers looking for insight into Wyoming law. In addition, members of the firm have represented clients in ERISA claims and other complex insurance matters.

Business Planning

Lathrop & Rutledge, P.C., provides business formation, planning and transaction services. Members of the firm have established many Wyoming corporations and limited liability companies. Lathrop & Rutledge, P.C., also serves as general counsel for a number of businesses and the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association. The firm also serves as registered agent for many local and out of state businesses who need a Wyoming registered agent.

Estate planning
