Michael joined the firm in 2008 after clerking for the Honorable Terrence L. O'Brien on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Michael grew up in Saint Petersburg, Florida and moved to Wyoming to receive his undergraduate and legal education from the University of Wyoming. Between his undergraduate studies and attending law school, Michael worked on Capitol Hill as a legislative aide. Michael concentrates his practice in the areas of business planning, professional liability defense, personal injury defense and other civil litigation. He is admitted to practice before all of the Federal and State Courts in Wyoming and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Wyoming State Bar, Laramie County Bar Association, and American Inns of Court. Michael also serves on the board of directors of two non-profit organizations, the Cheyenne Masonic Temple Endowment Fund, Inc. and Cheyenne Friends of Physicians. Michael and his wife Emily have on child.
