James in the newest member of the firm, and the youngest person ever to be offered membership in the firm. James grew up in Evanston, Wyoming, and received his undergraduate and law school education at the University of Wyoming. During law school, he served as an extern law clerk for the Hon. Justice William A. Taylor, and as an intern in the Prosecution Assistance Program, where he drafted multiple appellate briefs and argued several times before the Wyoming State Supreme Court. After law school he served as the law clerk for the District Court for the First Judicial District here in Cheyenne. James and his wife Sunny have two young children.
