Lathrop & Rutledge, P.C., is the successor to Lathrop & Lathrop, which was established in 1958 as a partnership between Carl Lathrop and his father. J. Kent Rutledge joined the firm in 1974 and over the years Lathrop & Rutledge has evolved into a small but sophisticated firm of six attorneys who are dedicated to providing excellent representation to their clients.
